Knox Privacy Policy

Knox is a field-sales tracking app provided by Black Oak Exteriors ("we"). Your employer or contractor ("your company") invites you to Knox and controls the account.

Information we collect

• Account: name, email, phone, role.

• Location: as described in the Location tracking consent, only while clocked in.

• Activity: knocks, results, notes, leads you enter, training modules you complete.

• Device: model, OS version, app version, for support and diagnostics.

How it is used To run the app, show your work to your company, calculate team statistics, and verify knock locations. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for advertising.

Homeowner information Names, phone numbers, and addresses you enter about homeowners belong to your company and are used only to schedule and complete the work the homeowner requested.

Storage Data is stored on your company's database hosted by Supabase in the United States, encrypted in transit and at rest.

Retention Your company decides how long to keep records. When your account is deactivated, your location history is no longer collected. You can request deletion of your account from Settings → Delete my account, or by emailing support@blackoakexterior.com.

Your choices You can revoke location permission in iOS Settings. You can request a copy or deletion of your data by email. Your company may be required to keep certain business records.
