Billing questions
Who counts as a user?
Anyone active in your company who can sign in: canvassers, closers, managers and admins. Deactivate someone and they stop counting from the next bill.
How do we get started?
Book a demo. We set up your company with you, load your territory, and send your admin a sign-up link. Billing starts once your team is set up.
How do we pay?
By card, monthly, through Stripe. Admins update the card, see invoices and change billing details from Settings → Billing.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Cancel from Settings → Billing and your plan ends at the end of the month you’ve paid for. Export your data first; it’s yours.
Are custom build-outs extra?
Yes. Each build-out is scoped and quoted for your business, separate from the per-user price.
