One app for every position on your team
Canvassers knock assigned territory, closers get the leads, managers see who’s really working, and owners run the company. Each sees what their job needs, and every handoff is tracked.
Four positions, named your way
Knox has four permission levels. Call them whatever your team calls them, like Setter, Inspector, Closer or Owner, and the app and dashboard use your names.
Knocks the territory they’re assigned
Clocks in, taps houses, logs results and sets appointments. Sees their own map, knocks, leads, stats and call-backs. Gets credit only for verified knocks, and for every sale that comes from a door they knocked.
Canvasser guideWorks the leads handed to them
Gets each lead with a push and a calendar event, accepts it before the deadline, runs the appointment, passes it to the next step or closes it. Sees only the leads they hold or held, and rates lead quality back to the canvasser.
Closer guideRuns the team and checks the work
Draws territories, assigns who knocks where, watches the live map, reviews flagged knocks and replays any rep’s day. Alerted when a lead sits unaccepted or a phone fakes its GPS.
Manager guideRuns the company
Invites people and sets their position, names the positions, sets the handoff steps, connects Google Sheets, Calendar and JobNimbus, manages billing and exports everything.
Admin guideLeads move through your handoff steps
Set the steps your business really uses, like Inspection then Close. Each step has its own person and its own deadline.
- The canvasser sets the leadIt goes to the first step’s person with a push and a calendar event.
- They accept in timeEach step has its own accept window. Miss it and managers get an alert naming the step.
- They pass it on with a note“Hail damage on the north slope, adjuster Tuesday.” The next person gets it, and a fresh deadline.
- The last step closes itMark it sold with the scanned contract, or lost. The canvasser who knocked the door gets the credit.
| Step | Accept within |
|---|---|
| 1. Inspection | 30 minutes |
| 2. Close | 2 hours |
Example setup. With no steps, every lead goes to one closer, the way most teams start.
