See every rep in the field, live
Managers watch the whole crew on one map from the office: who’s clocked in, where they are, and every door they’ve knocked today. Reps are only tracked while they’re on the clock.
The Live map
- Positions every 15 seconds for everyone clocked in, with when each rep was last seen.
- Follow a rep and the map keeps them centered.
- Replay their day: the route they walked, minutes walking versus driving, and each knock along the way.
- Battery and GPS signal for each phone, so a rep who goes quiet isn’t a mystery.
- Coverage per territory: the percent of houses knocked and how many still need a revisit.

Territories and coverage
Draw each neighborhood, assign who works it, and watch the percent of houses knocked climb.
- Coverage at a glance: every territory colored by how much of it has been knocked.
- Homes loaded for you from county records the moment you draw the outline.
- Plan day sets tomorrow’s assignments, so reps open the app knowing where to go.

The privacy line we don’t cross
Reps are more willing to be tracked when the rules are simple and in writing. These are Knox’s.
Only on the clock
Tracking starts when a rep taps Clock in and stops when they tap Clock out. Never on breaks they’ve clocked out for, never at home.
Always visible
The app shows when tracking is on and how long the shift has run. Reps can stop it any time by clocking out.
Signed consent
Every rep signs a location-tracking consent in the app before their first shift, and Knox keeps who signed which version and when.
Kept briefly
The detailed path is kept 90 days. After that, only a daily summary of the route remains.
Seen by the right people
Managers and admins see the team map. Canvassers and closers see only their own trail.
Never sold
Location data isn’t sold or used for advertising. More on security and data.
